Mary is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over seventeen years of experience across the construction, resources, and energy sectors in Australia and the UK. She has extensive expertise in cost consulting, procurement, and contract administration, having worked on major projects in the mining, oil and gas, pipeline, education, and commercial sectors. Mary has provided services throughout all stages of project delivery. From feasibility and tendering through to completion and closeout. As a Member of the RICS, she combines strong technical knowledge with a pragmatic approach, ensuring cost-effective and commercially sound outcomes.

Eriko has a diverse background in business management, commercial operations and new business development. As Oakwood’s Business & Strategy Manager, Eriko supports the firm’s strategic development and growth, with a particular focus on identifying new opportunities, developing key relationships and supporting business initiatives. Her broad cross-functional experience brings a practical and commercially focused perspective to Oakwood.
